Terms of service

Supasend lets you connect WhatsApp, Instagram, Shopify and Meta Lead Ads accounts to run automated messaging, lead-capture and pipeline workflows, including an optional AI reply agent, broadcasts and drip sequences, and a shared team inbox. Some features depend on approvals or availability from Meta, Shopify or other platforms and are outside our control.

You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account, including actions by team members you invite. Tell us promptly at hello@supasend.co if you suspect unauthorized access.

Every plan includes a 7-day free trial; a valid card is required to start one, but you are not charged until the trial ends unless you upgrade sooner. After the trial, your plan renews automatically at the price shown at checkout, billed through Razorpay, until you cancel. Applicable taxes (e.g. GST) are added at checkout. WhatsApp conversation charges are billed by Meta at their own published rates and passed through by us without markup — they are not part of your Supasend subscription fee.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancelling stops future renewals but doesn’t end your access mid-cycle. Refunds are handled under our Refund policy.

You agree not to use Supasend for spam, unsolicited bulk messaging outside what your recipients have consented to, or any use that violates WhatsApp’s Business Messaging Policy, Meta’s Platform Terms, or applicable law (including India’s consent and telemarketing rules). We may suspend messaging through a channel if we reasonably believe it’s being used this way. A suspension or ban issued by Meta or Shopify against your own account is between you and that platform and is outside our control.

You own the contacts, messages, media and data you bring into or generate through Supasend. You’re responsible for having the right to message the contacts you upload or import, and for the content of what you send. We only use your content to operate the service, as described in our Privacy policy.

AI-generated replies and lead scoring are provided as a convenience and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate for a given conversation. You’re responsible for reviewing how AI mode is configured for each channel and for the messages it sends on your behalf.

Supasend depends on third-party platforms — Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API and Instagram Graph API, Shopify, Razorpay, and our AI provider — to function. We’re not responsible for outages, policy changes, or account actions originating from those platforms.

We aim to keep Supasend available and reliable but don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Supasend is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind beyond what applicable law requires.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Starhead Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of Supasend, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited under Indian law.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, WhatsApp’s or Meta’s platform policies, or applicable law, with notice where reasonably possible.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

We may update these terms as Supasend changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date; continued use of Supasend after a change means you accept the revised terms.
