WhatsApp bills per message sent. We pass it straight through at cost: no markup, no bundled credits you lose at the end of the month.

The 24 hour window: when a customer messages you, you can reply for 24 hours without a template. Under Meta’s pricing update effective 1 October 2026, WhatsApp gives every number 1,000 free service replies a month inside that window. After that, in window replies bill at the Service rate above. Your AI inbox runs inside that window, so it draws from the same free allowance before anything is charged. Once the window closes, only approved template messages can be sent, at the rates above.
