Privacy policy

To operate the service you signed up for: deliver and receive messages on your behalf, run the automations, drips and broadcasts you configure, score and route leads through your pipeline, generate AI replies where you’ve enabled them, process your payments and taxes, provide support, and secure and improve the product. We do not sell your data or your contacts’ data to anyone, and we do not use your conversations to train our own models.

If you enable Supasend’s AI agent mode, relevant parts of a conversation are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) to generate a suggested or automatic reply. That processing is governed by OpenAI’s own API data-usage terms, under which API content is not used to train their models by default. You can turn AI mode off for any channel at any time.

We share data only with the processors needed to run Supasend, and only for that purpose:

• Meta — the WhatsApp Cloud API and Instagram Graph API carry every message you send or receive through those channels; if you connect Meta Conversions API reporting, we send Meta the lead-stage events you choose to report.
• Razorpay — processes your subscription payments.
• Shopify — if connected, order and customer data flows through that connection only as needed to run the automations you turn on.
• OpenAI — generates AI replies where you’ve enabled that feature.
• Supabase and Vercel — host our database and application infrastructure.

We disclose data beyond this list only if legally required to, or with your consent.

The signed-in Supasend dashboard uses only the cookies/local storage needed to keep you logged in. The public marketing site may additionally use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel, described above, to understand traffic and ad performance.

Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure and encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access within our team is limited to what’s needed to operate and support the product. No system is perfectly secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable, industry- standard measures to protect your data.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period after (or as required by tax/accounting law) to handle disputes and legal obligations. Deleting a contact, disconnecting a channel, or closing your account removes the associated data from active systems, subject to what we’re legally required to retain.

You can access, export, correct or delete most of your data directly from the Supasend dashboard: disconnect a channel, delete a contact, or edit your account details. To request full account deletion, or to exercise a data-protection right we haven’t built self-serve tooling for yet, contact us at hello@supasend.co. We aim to respond within 30 days.

Instagram specifically supports automated deletion: removing Supasend from your Instagram account’s Apps and Websites settings, or disconnecting it from Supasend’s Settings → Channels, deletes your Instagram conversations, followers record and pending automations, and disconnects the account — without affecting WhatsApp or the rest of your Supasend workspace. Supasend is a business tool and is not directed at, or knowingly used to collect data from, anyone under 18.

We may update this policy as Supasend changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date; continued use of Supasend after a change means you accept the revised policy.
